WEDDING PLANNER / CONSULTANT

• Phone calls, mailings and e-mails to communicate the progression of the wedding event
• Delivery of wedding gown to cleaners or preservation company and tuxedo rental returns
  • All articles of clothing should be in one designated location for scheduled pick-up, within two days of the wedding event
• Bakery and flower item returns
  • These items are usually left after the ceremony and reception. They will be properly packaged and returned to the supplier, if needed.
• Envelope stuffing and invitation mailing (stamps should be supplied by the client)

Hourly consultations for etiquette, planning, and decoration advice and assistance:  $20.00/hr   Additional required time on the wedding day coordination serviced:  $25.00/hr

      Planning and executing of pre-wedding events:  $50.00/hr

• Luncheons
• Engagement parties
• Bridal showers
• Rehearsal dinners

      Assistance in the design and diction for wedding stationary needs:  $20.00/hr

• Wedding invitations
• Rehearsal dinner invitations
• Wedding announcements
• Ceremony programs
• Thank you cards
• Directions cards
