• Phone calls, mailings and e-mails to communicate the progression of the wedding event
• Delivery of wedding gown to cleaners or preservation company and tuxedo rental returns
  • All articles of clothing should be in one designated location for scheduled pick-up, within two days of the wedding event
• Bakery and flower item returns
  • These items are usually left after the ceremony and reception. They will be properly packaged and returned to the supplier, if needed.
• Envelope stuffing and invitation mailing (stamps should be supplied by the client)

Level I Arrangements ($250 - $325) This package is designed for the couple that would like to reduce their costs and perform their ceremony either on a prior date or at the Justice of the Peace and would like someone to assist with only the reception festivities.

• Two (2-hour) meetings before the reception to review details
• Gather all vendor contracts
• Assist in the decoration of the reception site*
• Prepare a reception timeline
• Direct and oversee the vendors
• Ensure that all gifts, cake, bridal attire and supplies are gathered and provided to the bride and groom's designee at the close of the reception

      * If needed, to design and decorate the reception site, there will be an additional hourly fee
      ** All price ranges are dependent upon guest count and distance from locations.
