Level II Arrangements ($400- $600)
This package is similar to Level I but it was designed for the bride and groom seeking assistance
on the day of the wedding (both the wedding ceremony and reception).

- Two (2-hour) meetings before the wedding to review details
- First meeting will be conducted one month prior to the wedding to gather all pertinent information
- All vendor contracts
- Guests lists
- Bridal party information
- Prepare and manage wedding day timeline
- Seven to ten calendar days prior to wedding, mail or fax confirmation sheets to all vendors
with set-up times included
- Distribute bouquets and boutonnieres
- Assist with processional and recessional
- Assist with decorations and finishing touches required at church and reception
- Direct the wedding ceremony*
- Assemble bridal party for photographer and reception introductions
- Oversee the vendors at the wedding and reception
- Distribute final payments and tips to all vendors
- Ensure that all gifts, cake, bridal attire and supplies are gathered and provided to the
bride and groom’s designee at the close of the reception
- Close venue and confirm that nothing has been left behind
* Wedding rehearsal attendance not included, but available for $50/hr
** All price ranges are dependent upon guest count and distance from locations.
