WEDDING PLANNER / CONSULTANT

• Phone calls, mailings and e-mails to communicate the progression of the wedding event
• Delivery of wedding gown to cleaners or preservation company and tuxedo rental returns
  • All articles of clothing should be in one designated location for scheduled pick-up, within two days of the wedding event
• Bakery and flower item returns
  • These items are usually left after the ceremony and reception. They will be properly packaged and returned to the supplier, if needed.
• Envelope stuffing and invitation mailing (stamps should be supplied by the client)

Level III Arrangements ($850 - $1200) This package was created for the couple that has an idea of what they would like to occur on their wedding day but would like to have a dedicated person along with them through the planning process to assist with making decisions, providing ideas/advice, and handling the administrative burden that comes along with planning a wedding.

    Same service items as Level II Arrangements but includes the following:

• Document and manage the wedding budget
• Document and manage vendor contact list and notes
• Create a full project plan of when planning tasks need to be completed
• Assist with managing the guest lists
• Provide vendors with agendas and itineraries
• Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal

      ** All price ranges are dependent upon guest count and distance from locations.
